After the period of voluntary administration of NRR the administrators, BDO LLP, managed to sell the 90% shares to the Castlelake Group, after approvals were received from the Namibian Government.
NLZM remains in Care & Maintenance during the current waves of the Covid pandemic. The Castlelake Group provided the funding to meet all external commitments during 2020 and continuous to provide current funding to NLZM.
