Asser Kapere joined the Board in mid-2016. He was appointed as the High Commissioner to the Republic of Botswana in late 2018....Mr Kapere has in the past served in several senior political positions and offices in Namibia following independence, including in the Cabinet as Deputy Minister for Works, Transport and Communication from 2002 to 2004 and then Chairman of the National Council of Namibia from December 2004 to 2015. He was the Chairman and Founder of the Erongo Development Foundation, a non-profit organisation involved in poverty alleviation efforts in the Erongo Region.

James Beams joined North River having previously spent 14 years with Anglo American plc. For his final five years at Anglo American he was the ...Chief Financial Officer for the Copper division, and prior to that served in several senior management positions within the company. Prior to his time at Anglo American, he held senior finance roles at Minorco and Commercial Union. James is current the Chief Executive Officer of Piran Resources Limited.

Martin Tjipita joined North River Resources in August 2019 from Imerys Gecko Holdings where he was the CEO... and Mine Manager. Martin previously spent 11 years in the Uranium industry as General Manager Operations for Rossing Uranium and in various capacities from Maintenance Engineer to Deputy General Manager at Langer Heinrich Uranium Mine; a member of the Paladin Energy Ltd group. Prior to this time, he worked for Nampower, Namwater, Namdeb and CDM in various positions.

Ratonda Katjivikua joined the Board in mid-2016. She previously held the position of Human Relations Manager and then Corporate Relations ...Manager for Langer Heinrich Uranium (Pty) Ltd, a uranium mining company in Namibia which is a member of the Paladin Energy Ltd group from October 2006 to December 2015. She had wide ranging involvement in the management team, including strategic planning, human resources and organisation development, stakeholder relations, and corporate social development programmes.

Mr. De Armas is a Director at Castlelake, L.P. (“Castlelake”). Mr. De Armas joined Castlelake in 2016 as part of the Special Situations team.... focused on investments in emerging markets. Prior to joining Castlelake, Mr. De Armas held a senior investment role at an opportunistic family office, where he focused on deep value investments, restructuring and financial advisory. Prior to that, Mr. De Armas was a principal at a private investment firm, where he focused on special situations investments in emerging markets. Earlier in his career, Mr. De Armas was an associate with Citigroup in the Latin America investment banking group, where he advised companies in a wide range of industry sectors on financial and strategic matters. Mr. De Armas holds a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Universidad Metropolitana and a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Dan has over 30 years of operational and technical experience in Canada, the United States and various international projects.... This includes responsibilities in mine operations, engineering, contracting services, due diligence review, and project development. He is currently on the board of Graphex Mining Ltd. as a non-executive director and has held progressive roles of responsibility with Golder Associates, Atna Resources, DMC Mining Services, Boart Longyear Company, Stillwater Mining Company, Inmet Mining, and Mosaic, (formerly IMC). He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from Michigan Technological University, and an MBA from Westminster college in Salt Lake City. Daniel is a licensed professional engineer in Ontario, (P.Eng.).

Ms. Alpeter is part of Castlelake in the Special Situations and Specialty Finance teams since 2017.... Within Special Situations, she is primarily focused on metals & mining, shipping, and renewable energy strategies. Prior to joining Castlelake, Ms. Alpeter was a member of the Private Equity team at Spell Capital Partners. There, she focused on evaluating new investment opportunities, executing buy- and sell-side transactions, managing existing portfolio companies, and fundraising. Prior to Spell Capital, she was with The Gores Group, as a member of the Investor Relations team. Ms. Alpeter received a B.S. from the University of Southern California in business administration with a concentration in finance.
